It’s convenient having food delivered. Interestingly this is headed “tell us what made you happy” not “tell us how we can do better?” - probably need an app! Web site can be really slow and when you add your dog weight the changes to food portions don’t update on the dashboard which isn’t that helpful with a new puppy when you’re trying to weigh / measure things out accurately
