This is my first smart phone and so I didn't have a clue how to use it and manual didn't advise on how to do the simple things like making and receiving calls which was the main reason for purchasing the phone, I am 79 years old so these things are not easy to understand, in the end a 16 year old showed me how to use it and its quite simple when you know how I did receive an e-mail from you saying you were refunding 10 % but I replied saying that I was considering returning it for a refund, however I have decided to keep in the hope that I can figure out some of the other uses of the phone, I assume you will still refund the 10%
