“We called in to make an enquiry, an appointment was made, they sent two engineers around to check and fix the problem, which they did with experience and knowledge. And the engineers were helpful and thorough. Could not fault them.”

“All has gone excellently. The awning was delivered within the stipulated timeframe and the friendly, efficient installers (Harry, Boris and John - I think) came on time and took pains to explain the workings and answer my questions. At this stage everything has been outstanding.”

“From start to finish SWR have been great to deal with. They understood what we needed to achieve and were very helpful with suggesting options, pros/cons of different alternatives and things to consider. Part of the requirement was for access and mobility reasons and SWR immediately knew about the VAT exemption without having to be prompted. The survey and installation team did a fantastic job and somehow managed to finish the job without us even needing to do even a single brushstroke of decorating or making good. The new doors have completely transformed both the use of the space and also the view and enjoyment of our garden. The amount of light compared to the original developer-spec UPVC doors is amazing. Highly recommended. p.s. When we had one minor post-installation concern, their response was immediate and completely reassuring. It gives us confidence in our decision and of long term support.”

“There was superb service from the team at SWR in Hemel Hempstead. Nicola Thompson arranged both the attendance at very short notice of Harry Marzec. Harry sorted the initial problem of the failed control unit, enabling me to use the electric function on the door. Nicola also then arranged for an electrician to attend the following day to replace the faulty part of the control unit.”

“In general the service is very good. However they turn up to replace a control panel only to find that the engineers had been given a motor to replace. So I had to wait another three weeks for the fault to be resolved.”

“After contacting a few companies to get quotes on 3 electric roller shutter doors it soon became apparent that SWR were a cut above the rest and they have a great showroom where you can view the product. The sales staff, Darren the surveyor, and the fitters Boe and Harry (Harribo) could not have been more helpful. Without doubt a professional company which has been trading for many years, an old fashioned service rarely found with great quality products. Thank you!”

“I was really impressed with SWR, who were both helpful and professional throughout the process of replacing my garage door. I was offered various quotations for different doors to enable me to budget accordingly. The measuring up was thorough and advice helpful given on how to prepare for the installation. The order process was smooth and the installation scheduled quickly once the door arrived from the manufacturers. The installation team were well organised and had the new door installed in a couple of hours, leaving the area neat and tidy. Overall it has been a pleasure to deal with SWR and I would highly recommend them.”
