We ordered a sofa from Swoon which arrived damaged. On trying to return the sofa, the delivery company failed to arrive on two separate occasions. I realise these issues might sometimes arise with any company but if you are considering buying from Swoon, it is my opinion that their furniture is very much 'form over function'. It may look aesthetically pleasing but in terms of being comfortable and durable, we weren't impressed at all. In short, I advise you look elsewhere as their business model appears to be geared towards cutting costs at every possible opportunity to the detriment of expected quality.
