It was all going so well- people answering the phone and good help. But wait till after 6pm on a Friday and you can not get anybody. Have emailed support, called and left a message and nobody has got back.
My problem- all incoming calls cut off after about 30-40 seconds no matter which way the incoming call comes from.
There is no number or contact details for out of hours support- if there is they have hidden it well on their site.
