We picked up our new caravan on Saturday - the hottest day of the year so far. Everyone very helpful and friendly despite the heat. In particular Jack who did the handover was full of enthusiasm and a pleasure to deal with. One light in the caravan was faulty but this was quickly rectified. Well done to all.
