Unfortunately, the refurbished Swegway that I ordered did not hold it's charge. As there was no similar replacement on offer I was entitled to a full refund. After a slight delay (Christmas and New Year Period), I received a pre paid UPS return label and received a full refund. Excellent Customer Service by Omer. Thank you.
