I was appalled when I recieved my bouquet. No only was it delivered late (after paying for specific Saturday delivery) but my bouquet was recieved damaged and some chocolates opened. I sent sweetiebouq evidence of this and expressed I was unhappy and I recieved no reply, not even a simple apology. Dissapointing.
