From start to finish when I enquired I was met actually in face to face for a consultation, as I was in a local postcode to the business HQ. The process was explained and it was so simple to order and I had my results within a week, the test is explained on a YouTube video which I found really useful. My results where delivered with a document to explain how to supplement and shape my new food plan, to maximise the choices available to me, I did not feel unsupported at any stage and even messaged multiple times to double check I can eat certain foods or ask for an alternative. I feel much better after changing my nutrition plan, it’s given me solid data to eliminate dairy, lowered my snacking and increased my energy levels - while actually feeling less hungry and I am eating a lot less food!
