I take supplements to help with my ADHD but found out the hard way some brands contain additives like colourings that really trigger my ADHD symptoms quite severely. I went with Supplemented because they list their ingredients and I could not see the trigger additives listed. However, they still seemed to trigger my ADHD pretty badly after just one day, so I'm assuming the colouring is in there, just not listed. They are the same colour as the other brands (caramel) so I'm guessing so. Can't take any more, don't want to risk it. Apart from them not being very good for their intended purpose, the branding is quite good. The fact that it comes in pouch seems funky until you try to put it away and doesn't fit well in the cupboard and I'm pretty sure it's non-recyclable as it's foil lined. Bottle would have been fine.
