Everything was explained with clarity, and when collecting the Ferrari Nik took the time to explain the intricacies of the car and ensure he, and I were completely happy. No nasty surprises on returning the car, and no messing about trying to retain any of the deposit - quick inspection and all sorted. As for the car, we had the Ferrari 488GTB.
