From the beginning, the staff were really friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, and they take time explaining how everything works to ensure you can access your room. The free tea and coffee is a nice touch. The unit itself is spotlessly clean and very secure. Access out of hours is quick and easy.
