Visiting this wonderful vessel in Bristol was amazing. I took my daughter, my two year old grandson whilst she nursed her new baby son of 8 weeks. Everyone from the ticket desk right through the vessel on all floors were fantastic - friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Not only background sound effects but background smells bought the whole visit alive, as if you were there, all those years ago, sailing to Australia in steerage. Entering the kitchen galley area bought the sound and smell of sizzling freshly caught fish on the stove top whilst the chef was talking to a cook - it was if you were really a fly on the wall, a truly memorable experience. More than adequate nappy changing facilities, staff only to happy to help with any questions, the ship is accessible on all levels for pushchair/wheelchairs and thoroughly recommended for a great day out!
