Hi, The package arrived on time but there eas a problem during the delivery. It got damaged (there was cuts all over the bag) and the bag inside unfortunately suffered it too on the right corner (as it is in plastic the picture is torn). I am intending to send it to you next week with photos. I gave you 5 stars becayse it's probably not your fault it was damaged in the delivery but I just wanted to let you know. I am so sad because I loved thus bag and my daughter too! And as I'm not sure i would get a replacement before 2 weeks when we travel so i had to order another bag that is going to come earlier than 2 weeks. So sorry this accident happened!
