Was interested in a bell tent (as a gift for my daughter and her family) and phoned with some questions. Spoke to Lou who was extremely pleasant and helpful. Decided to place an order but had issues with paying by card from the account I wished to use and, again Lou took me through the process for alternative payments and informed me when the payment had been processed and the item dispatched. Product arrived within 48 hours but would have been quicker but for service delays affecting Parcelforce. Both Lou and Isobel ( Isabelle?)not sure which spelling, sorry were a pleasure to deal with so I would definitely recommend SoulPad if you are looking for camping equipment. Can't comment on the tent as yet as it won't get used until the spring but I will pass on any comments from my daughter once it is.
