Although my initial order went missing this was not due to Solo and once more stock became available my item was sent. Excellent communication and updates from Sophie which softened the initial disappointment because of the delay. Will order again. Highly recommend. Great customer service certainly stands out these days as more exception than rule. Thank you Solo and Sophie! :)
