Don't touch this company, they installed solar panels in march 2014 at a cost of £7,500.00 and to date we have not received a penny from the feedback tariff. We have taken our complaint up with Ben Rattle, unfortunately he fobbed us off for 12 months advising us he had done everything that he should of, he sent proof of registering our feed in tariff, which related to a totally different property. He now just never returns our calls, although funnily enough when we were purchasing the panels he was always available. We are in talks with trading standards..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
