“I got a Thunder Buddy for an 80th birthday and th pillow came out perfect. The picture was very clear and the backing was so soft. My order arrived very quickly even though it came from The Netherlands. I was very pleased and would highly recommend this company!”

“I ordered an item and thought it would be like the one that i received as a gift. The one i received as a gift had 2 sides, both with a face picture on them, and a cheese pattern on both sides. The ones i just received had a face on one side and the other side is blue, not exactly the color of cheese. Can i get replacements that are all cheese pattern with faces on both sides?? These were $42 per piece...”

“No preview to see what product will look like. No shipping updates and link sent in purchase never changes. Said it would be delivered in 14 days, but still no delivery and no communication until I received this survey. I sure hope the product is better than the customer service. “This is the sweetest little doll I had made for my great niece. I chose "Juliet" because it is her name. The quality is excellent!
