I had been talking to Smooth Digital for 6 months and their industry knowledge and proven track record with our competitors convinced me to sign up in June 2020. Since sign up, I have not been disappointed, the Account Management, Responsiveness and Accountability has been proactive. The leads coming through are of quality and from areas we are looking for CAREGiver's. Going on from this we have now signed up for our 2nd project with Smooth to go live in September. Their are many digital companies who think they understand the care industry market , but to understand clients and CAREGiver profiles Smooth completely understand this.
