When I first signed up customer service was brilliant, always checking in, however! Once I received my aligners that was it nothing from them until today. I received an email asking me to upload my first month's progress.... I have been wearing them since October so thats 3 months. I also emailed in with a complaint on how expensive they are compared to others. My partner used smile direct and wow I must say I wish I done my research before using smile life, my partner received free retainers x2 free eclectic toothbrush free lip barm and a teeth whitening kit (this I did receive). In my email I was told there was nothing they would do! I was also told i could not return my aligners as its policy because they are custom made. Safe to say I would NOT recommend this company! I had to put 1 star as does not allow to leave empty. My parcel was also left out side in my garden whilst I was away on holiday.
