This was out 4th holiday booked through Sleeps12. The properties they rent are all very high standard and every one has been immaculately clean. The booking process is very smooth and they are easy to contact with any problems or queries. On the last occasion they managed to call us a few minutes after we left as the cleaners had found a childs fitbit and teddy we had left so we could just pop back to collect them. We have always had full return of security deposits without any problem at all and always on the day we leave so very quick and efficient. Sleeps12 is always my first port of call when booking a family trip.
