A great user friendly website which encouraged us to contact the company by phone where Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable about the latern blind. After completing the online order form we received regular emails from Naomi in Sales informing us on the status of our chosen blind. We were able to choose a delivery date which was suitable for us, it was all packaged so well and the ease of assembling was great with the very clear instructions supplied. Whilst my husband is a DIY er this was one of the easiest jobs he's tackled. It worked first time and the solar panel meant that there was no wiring. All round fantastic service and product, definitely would recommend 👌
