I received my order quickly, however, one item was missing and a different item was sent. When I called the advisor said to send wrong item back and wait for reimbursement of postage. As this wasn't my mistake I refused, asking for a prepaid label. Eventually I was given a freepost address. The missing item was sent but this didn't show on my account and I didn't receive any comms to say it had been dispatched. The products seem good, time will tell. I do feel the advisor probably wasn't sure of dealing with the problem I had
