I was on the booking page 20 minutes before the tickets came on sale but was told I was 301st in the queue when I was automatically generated a queue position. This meant I had to pay a higher ‘second tier’ ticket cost five minutes after the tickets came on sale, which seemed unfair. The booking process was straight forward though and I would use again.
