Festival was rescheduled twice and refund was offered.My request was never refunded. The ticket refunds were then handed back to the festival organizer. Now months later and many emails later, still not resolved. Emails are never signed and impossible to find any Go-to troubleshooter to resolve the matter, let alone a phone to reach a human. Im in US
