Appalling customer service. Trying to cancel tickets as self isolating with Covid, the event organiser has approved the refund after sending proof, and the screenshot of authorisation was sent to Skiddle. A week later and no response (they say they reply within 1 day), phones have been off all week due to a 'technical issue' and chasing up by message which also has not been responded to in over 2 days. Technology is only good if it works, and is backed up by reliable customer service. Skiddle is neither of these. AVOID.
