In the end our decision boiled down to who offered the most attractive option and this proved to be Sixstar cruises. The fact that your offices stayed open until 20:00 hours meant that we were able to close the deal when other companies would have delayed until the following day.
Also, Scott Perry was extremely professional without straying into "have I got a deal" territory.
