I am writing on behalf of my elderly mother, who had to return a tap she ordered due to it being damaged upon arrival. In the two exchanges that followed she was subjected to what can only be described as verbal abuse by their senior customer services representativeat sinks-taps on both occasions. This left my mother extremely shaken and upset. She received a replacement tap which still has an issue, however she chose not to report this as did not want a repeat of this upsetting experience. Poor quality control, appalling customer service and we will never use or recommend sinks-taps again.
