Ordered and paid for 2 pulleys, received confirmation they had been dispatched, did not turn up, allegedly lost in pot !!!
Having e mailed a request for information, got told now only one available which was sent, still haven't had the second one after several weeks, even though I paid for it. Also now ordered 2 more, nothing received yet no contact. Customer service poor. Stock levels low, communication poor
