Very pleased with the service we had, our initial phone call was returned promptly and two engineers called the next day within the time that was specified. Jeremy was very knowledgeable, and as we had to have a new machine was able to recommend one suitable for us, not being able to get to the shops ourselves because of the pandemic. Two days later they arrived at 9 am with the new machine and all was done in half an hour. We thought the cost very competitive and it included taking away the old one. Would recommend.
