I was trying to source a part for my cooker and the response I received from UK Whitegoods was first class. The staff member went above and beyond to help me find the part and the communication was excellent. Unfortunately the part I needed is no longer available but I decided that if I needed anything again I would go straight to UK Whitegoods. Their excellent customer service stood out even more in comparison to the cooker manufacturers who did not get back to me at all despite emails and phone calls so I was really impressed. Thanks again.
