bbplease be aware of this broker company as the people or contractor work for them they will never honour the agreement terms. if you complaint about the contractor they will never do much about it. But if the contractor made a mistake then they send email copy ot you as well the contractor. I shipped my car through shiply as per agreement it was door to door service. just 3 days before the pick up date they send me instructions to drop at the terminal of their convenience. as you cant do much in those 3 days because you are already too busy with other moving stuff. after that in their term their insurance coverage is joke in the terms it is basically if their truck got into accidents other than it all your coverage plus some other stupid charges for no reason. they send the payment number to deposit the money cash or debit which I did but on the day after i drop my car i got email sorry i send you wrong number you owe us more money. the payment is always upfront from this Apache41 contractor. ir one more thing if you want to pay by credit card it is 3.5% administration fees which is not mention in the quote or after they accept the quote. so long story short they never follow up your complaint and you will find all the surprises just before your pick up date. so be aware from this company. If somebody want I had all the email as proof my review. they asked you to review them before the service. as after the service I was about too review my experience it was already a positive experince from me.

Just to clarify, Shiply is not a delivery company, broker or agent.

We act purely as the platform where users and transport providers can meet and enter into agreements with each other.

Because we are not a delivery company ourselves and act only as a neutral venue, any issues that occur between users and transporters during delivery need to be resolved directly between both parties.
