You decide which time frame or price is convenient for you. You will need to pay only 10 - 20 % before the delivery. We were moving houses and I ordered 3 different deliveries (including moving the piano from the ground floor to the second floor). Every delivery team carefully packed items and wrapped the furniture with thick protective cloths and film.
