"Dreadful experience. Booked a shipper to move a kitchen, paid a deposit. Shipper never turned up or communicated, and Shiply sent me a ridiculous 'cancellation form' I had to complete within 28 days to get my deposit back. Terrible experience. Do not use this company. You have choices. Chose a better company. No one you chose can be worse than this."
