"My courier was so bad he was cancelled after a week but then turned up at the seller unexpectedly and took the load under false pretenses then stole part of my matching suite during his demand for extra money from my daughter when he arrived two weeks later again without notice. He has refused to return my chairs rendering the dinning suit useless and Shipley would not do anything to even tell him he cannot steal my goods or to ensure this man had even enough basic knowledge or intelligence to apply the customer service laws in the first place. He is a very rude loud mouth criminal. Shipley also did not let me post my bad review of this man who is using several names and admits in writing that he ripped me off (or tried to). So other people will now suffer from the terrible illegal behaviour of this man and Shipley thinks they have no obligation to even ensure the business is genuine or that they actually follow the basic law of the land. How long before a serious assault or rape happens and Shipley finds themselves quite rightly in Court because they failed to take even the most basic precautions that member of the public would expect a business to apply to apply when being involved in supplying any service. Shipley is not just a platform as they say. They have legal obligations like all business to protect there customers and the fact that you have to communicate through their site and not just call direct to who you want prove this. In my case the courier claimed he was given incorrect information by the site and it appears part of the message may have been cut of but despite Shipley's own site clearly being a part of the problem they want to wipe their hands of the matter. I am considering my legal options."
