Very good means to dealing with awkward deliveries, and would certainly be using them again. One quirk with the web design is that if you use any numerical values in the bid comments it seems to automatically assume I'll trying to manipulate the bid price, and forces a new "what bid price are you looking for" popup, which then prevents the original message you've written reaching the providers …. for example how to do ask the bidders to increase the value of the cargo insurance ?? In the end you resort to using words for numbers which rather defeats your obvious attempts to prevent "under the hood" bid pricing.
