Booked a delivery and arranged everything around it. Driver messages and is unable to do the pickup or delivery. Cancelled and Ask Shiply for a refund. They decide to credit me instead and have some laborious process for getting your deposit back. Also you can't leave negative feedback for the driver until a week after the delivery happens\or is cancelled. I'm assuming this is an attempt to minimise bad feedback. Just a shady untrustworthy service.
