Poor service and no contact, nor ability to contact. Courier all booked to collect 18 pieces of furniture between 11.46am and 2.46pm. Confirmed three times and then an urgent request for money, which was sent. Courier never arrived and any calls get placed on hold for 20 minutes and directed to an answerphone, no answer to emails or messages. After three hours passed, I contacted Shiply who after 30 minutes on hold told me that they would message the company. Next I receive a message from a chap called Bruce who is apparently looking into it. That was an hour ago. Calls to Shiply are now met by an answerphone stating that they are unable to answer the phone, call again another time! The level of service is awe inspiring!
