Matched me up with a total cowboy who picked up and delivered the item in his own time (i.e. 3 days late!!!!) and didn't even have the courtesy to tell me he wouldn't turn up on the delivery day until I called him at 6pm having waited all day.
I called Shiply but they did nothing to sort it out, just told me to call the courier and that they would send him an email. obviously that all happened the day after because they (Shiply) close at 6pm.
To rub salt in the wound, Despite being 3 days late he was chasing me for a bank transfer 2 hours after the delivery. I would not recommend this 'service'.
