A company called Courier Queen arranged my shipment , 30 kilo box of items via DPD. Although on tracker the whole box was lost without trace. Non existent customer service they refused to refund one penny of transport cost . Shiply completely uninterested also. Appalling service all round, completely unregulated and unaccountable as far as I can see.
