The communication was excellent and we knew exactly when our Honeybourne 8' x 8' summerhouse would arrive. The delivery men were very helpful and courteous. The quality of the item is superb and great value for money. An issue with the glazing was sorted out satisfactorily by very helpful customer services staff. Once we'd worked out the logistics of felting the roof with fences on two sides it was all good! When it was erected, we decided to add a few flourishes, such as a wooden canopy to stop the rain coming in the doors when open and a lining on the interior walls and roof - to allow us to use it in colder weather. We then painted it - soft grey on the inside and 'ball green' on the outside, with white trim. As can be seen from the images attached it looks absolutely wonderful and has totally transformed a previously unused corner in the garden!
