1. Despite 2 designer visits and one from Sharps' surveyor no one noticed that one of the designs couldn't work.
2. Their fitter did extensive damage to a newly painted bedroom and broke a light in the hall.
3. When this was pointed out to Sharps they offered us half the cost of repair and insisted that we go to Retail ADR if not happy.
4. We did - and won.
5. The whole experience has taken nearly a year to resolve
6. No one has ever apologised
