Really enjoy these shakes and soup. Started on a pre op diet this week for two weeks and bought a mixture of products. Liquid only. Surprised to find they taste lovely. Even the soup! I have four a day with my 4pm being a soup. Weight coming off nicely. Brilliant customer service. Very friendly and informative
