If I could leave no stars I would. I have sent them an email with no response over a week. When my car was in I called to say that I found the price cheaper at my local garage. They told me that I would have to pay for the work that har already been done and my car would be marked as failed if I tried to take it back. I couldn't get through to my sales guy all day so I paid thinking that they would honour the price guarantee. After further research they actually charged me more than my dealer would for ACTUAL work that needed doing, NOT their "recommendations". I'm still waiting for a response to my price match refund over a week later. I will not be using them again.
