We originally booked without reading the reviews. Booked for a service and MOT at a cost of £125.00. Prepaid and got a small discount. However after reading the negative reviews I really did not want to put my car through a company with so many negatives. However I emailed them under the 14 days cooling off period and they were excellent in their communication and within 3 days the money was back in my account.
Our car is coming up to its first mot and have always used a main dealer. Ok more expensive but peace of mind is priceless.
