My apartment was virtually at the water's edge on the Ionean sea coast, the only sound being the wavelets lapping onto the pebbled beach. The eclectic mix of visiting the baker and his mum for breakfast coffee and cakes, followed by Cigong, meditation and a beach holiday made for an unforgettable experience enjoyed in a group of like-minded people who quickly became friends.
