I recently tried to change my tariff as £68 a month for a studio apartment is ludicrous. I had a lengthy phone conversation with SP to find a cheaper alternative only to find on my bank statement the following month they had withdrawn £77! I had another lengthy call where they claimed not to be able to find any record of me switching to a cheaper tariff. Complete and utter rip off.
