Following the death of my father and with only a week to prepare for his funeral I contacted ScotClans to see if I could source ribbon in his clan tartan to use on the flowers. Although this was not possible as the ribbon is produced to order Amanda had two small pieces of fabric in the correct tartan which she sent straight off to me and the parcel arrived in time for me to cut up the fabric and turn it into ribbon. She also made sure that I received a clan badge in time to use for the ribbon. Thank you, excellent customer service.
