SWIFTVEST 99 TOOK ALL MY MONEY. THEY ARE EXPERT SCAMMERS ..THE ARE NOT APART OF THE FCA WHICH IS A FINANCIAL CODE OF CONDUCT. IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON SO PLEASE DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY SWIFTVEST99..I WAS WITH THEM FOR 3 MONTHS THE CEO,THOMAS USED TO CALL MYSELF ASKING TO PUT MORE MONEY IN AND ASKING IF I HAD FRIENDS WANTING TO PUT MONEY INTO QUANTAM AL. IM SO GLAD THEY DIDN'T. THOMAS CAME ON ANYDESK. WWHICH SHARES YOUR COMPUTER OR PHINE AND HE GOT INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT. HE TOOK MORE MONEY FROM THE ACCOUNT. THIS MAN WILL NOT STOP I LOST 800 POUNDS. I HAVE REPORTED HIM TO ACTION FRUAD. AN ENGLISH AND POLICE AUTHORITY WHO DEAL WITH SCAMMERS. PLEASE MAKE SURE NOT TO PUT 1 PENNY OR DIME INTO THIS SWIFTVEST COMPANY. IT ALL WENT WRONG WHEN I ASKED TO WITHDRAW MONEY. AND THERE WAS NON . I DONT LIE JUST DONT WANT ANY OTHER PERSON TO LOOSE THERE MONEY 🤷

Returns/warranty claims is a FAFF! I had a £30 fan bearing go noisy/fail last week on my pc. I took a video which illustrated the exact issue, but was told that as per their process I need to send the fan in for them to “test” and once confirmed they would send me a replacement. That gives me a week without a fan, and means I need to take my pc apart twice rather than just the once. Apparently I’m not able to send a video as their email won’t accept videos, and this was after I sent them a link with a video uploaded too as I wasn’t able to send it as an attachment. It’s a £30 fan. Just send me a replacement and a label to send back the faulty one if needed! Amazon returns are so much easier, replacements sent the next day with no quibble and hassle. I like to share my business around businesses rather than going to one place, but this experience has put me off. There is a lot of good about this company but this isn’t! I have since contacted the manufacturer of the fan and they are sending me a replacement no questions asked - how it should be. And their system accepts videos….

It took me three months to get full refund for faulty ASUS laptop I bought from Scam Computers in July 2023 (invoice 00E5307312) which I returned in person within 14 days of purchase. All of sudden on 17th of January 2024 the whole £1842.97 was taken from my bank account! Contacted Halifax bank a week later and was told that Scam Computers presented "a proof". I asked “What proof is that and can I see it"? but bank refused to provide me any details. Also Scam Computers buying used components from eBay and selling them as a new if they don't have them in stock. I paid £307 VAT on that purchase but everything was stolen from me, not even VAT was refunded. That's how Scam makes £100m+ in profits: by robbing customers and reselling used components. Obviously banks will protect such valued £100M customers at any cost.

Contacted scan computers after failed attempt at a warranty repair on a laptop that was faulty from new, I did not think it was appropriate to buy a new laptop and have it be faulty out of the box, having sent in for repair and the laptop come back with the same issue and worse, I contacted scan explaining the situation. I said I contacted ASUS when the laptop came back from the first repair and it still had the issue and they wanted me to send it back again for another “repair, explaining I could not due this due to not being able ti go without a laptop for that long due to work with no guarantee of a fix. I got the attached image as a patronising response. With zero attempt to solve the issue or acknowledge the situation which I had explained in full. Completely unprofessional. And apparently they do not care if they sell you faulty goods.

Andy and Olu are the boss, recently purchased a full new system, which I had built at home myself, after having several issues which I couldn’t work out i decided to drive down to scan for them to have a look at or for me. All in all had a Faulty CPU and Cooler both was replaced under warranty and fitted by the guys which touch wood, solved all the issues. Both the guys was very helpful explaining things and also was great to chat too while the work was being done. Can’t recommend scan enough and even more so the returns/Tech team Andy and Olu. I will be definitely a future customer!

Placed an order online for same day collection and phoned up customer services before arriving to confirm a collection time. Was told my order would be put on rush and could collect as i was travelling from a distance. Unfortunately the store was not made aware but the service I received from the staff was outstanding and ensuring, they made a special delivery request for my items because it was after the last delivery run and ensured i left with my ordered items. The in store team have amazing service and can help with any queries or problems you run into.

Made an order with Scan UK on the 30th Jan 2023 as all but one item was in stock, but they were receiving stock the next day. I was given a estimated despatch date of 31st Jan and received an invoice saying they took payment. I then received an email stating one item was delayed so it would be the 28th Febuary. I contacted Scan customer service to see if they could send the parts that were in stock but they just said they couldn't, but suggested they could remove the delayed item however I would lose my place in the queue. The queue that they failed to mention on their product page. I thought I could wait a few weeks until I received another delayed notification saying 15th March. I contacted customer service again mentioning they have my money and I have nothing, is it just going to be delay after delay but again they reasured me and gave me excuses. I asked them to remove the in stock items from my order so I could raise another order myself seeing as they couldn't do it, thus keeping my place in the queue for the delayed item. I ordered the parts and they came the next day, quick, fast and good service apart from the delivery driver leaving high value items on my door stop and not getting a signature as I was told would happen. I then found out that I won't recieve my refund until the delayed order has been despatched and completed, meaning I have been charged twice while they keep my money on hold, and when contacting customer service I was told "its the way their system works". No explanation or apology, I have tried to be polite and respectful but after receiving another delayed order notification for 25th March I think its taking the mick and wish I never ordered from them in the 1st place and won't be recommending them.

Extremely poor customer service, avoid Scan if you need to return an item. Amazon or CCL are far better. Scan may dispute your statutory rights under distance selling and claim your purchase is a business sale if your delivery address has a company name.

Excellent service from all staff ,especially the guy at the customer tech and returns desk who helped find the problem with pc and then rebuild new one with parts purchased for no additional cost

took gugabyte aorus drive back for garentee as it has 5 year garentee and the drive was running 1/3 speed they refusing warranty dont buy giagbyte esp form scan and furtehr reviews checked thatb there customer serivce is failing they have failed me as a customer and a sexperience it eng form breakfix all they way to server amnisframes and enterprise level they have failed me, i will be seekinmg adviuce and sueing tghem and freezxing there bank accounts , now turning into shady business

Great Service from the in store service team. I kept getting an error whilst re-installing Windows 10. They systematically tested until they found the RAM was the problem, which was replaced for free under the manufacturers lifetime warranty. Walked out after a considerable amount of time and effort very happy.

I had problem with bios update olu and Andy sorted it and also put windows 11 on spent quite abit of time and where very helpful throughout and wouldn’t let me leave until they where happy with the computer absolute amazing treatment

I bought a full customised pc which includes asus motherboard ROG STRIX Z690-A GAMING WIFI D4 , they help me to chose the beat motherboard in my price range rate are probably the best no one can beat that when it come to price i had a very good deal special love for asus accessories.

Ordered a laptop friday morning. Webside promised its arriving within 24hr. By the time i went through payment etc it became monday. Sunday i received email about delay of delivery. Called customer service monday morning and they said theres allocation issue (we all know what this is) and it will be with me tuesday. Of course hasnt arrived. Called customer service and been told exact same as a day before. So asked refund. Guess.... Its 3 to 5 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
