All the staff at Safe CIC are lovely and super helpful. The system of purchasing a DBS and it being sent out in the post seems very old fashioned and very time consuming. I have used an another company previously who do everything online and I could even track the process of the DBS as it goes through the system. Value for money is good but the extra time of getting a DBS started from the postal system lets it down slightly.
